I would like to send out a heart felt congratulations to my Beautiful Bride who got married in the middle of October. This fabulous young lady came to me with a wonderful love story, and a lofty goal for her health and a huge desire for fitness! Not only did she want to loose weight for the big day, but she also wanted to find the confidence she required to do it in a health way! So she began a journey in which she would discover fitness, challenge, and an ability to believe that the healthy way would set her free. She was determined to feel strong about herself and her health!!
My beautiful bride walked down the isle glowing! Not only had she smashed her physical goals for the day, but she was full of confidence. Her wonderful personality, love and dreams came glowing off her. It was a gift for everyone invited to be able to share in this wonderful story of love, happiness and lifelong dreams! Our world need more reminders of the power of hard work, dreams and unconditional love, so thank you for allowing me to be part of your beautiful journey.
